A new day. Not a sunny morning but it’s still a new peaceful morning. A new day, new opportunities to achieve my dream. Trying to get out of bed easily, but this does not work that well :D, the first thing I do is look out the window and thank universe for this new day. Then it depends on the day and the activities I have to do. I get ready for work/fun, self care routine, I get dressed and ready to start the day.

It’s a new chance to do something, to take a step towards my goals. I have a lot of goals for one day. As soon as I wake up I have my mind full and my energy starts to activate my whole body. Now I have the chance to describe a perfect week in my life. I do not deny that it often do not succeed in such a perfect program, but I do my best to be as productive as possible.

See below a perfect week as it looks for me, but I honestly must admit, its not working permanently to be so productive:

  • Monday
06:30 – 07:20 Waking up and getting ready for work
    07:20 – 08.00 Going to work
08:00 – 17:00 On duty, performing my duties and a little more
    *12:00 – 13:00 enjoying a hot tea/coffee with a book
    17:00 – 18.00 Going home
    18:00 – 20:00 A walk, often replaced by 8-12 km run
20:00 – 21:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
21:00 – 23:00 Cross stitch, painting, mosaic, craft
    23:00 Ready for sleep

I live my life moment by moment and maybe that’s why I feel like filling up my life with adrenaline and energy very quickly. For me, every day is special. I don’t have favorite days or days that I can call perfect. For me it is a perfect morning because I am still alive and I have new possibilities that day. If negative things happen during that day, I will not feel or say that day is no longer special. Problems happen every day, there is no need to call the day ruined, because of few ugly minutes.

I like routines, I like to live according to a well-established plan, but I am flexible when I have to improvise or organise something spontaneous. In fact, flexibility is the primary quality when I can’t keep up with the daily routine that is set up. So let’s move on, the next day of the week usually looks like this:

  • Tuesday:
06:30 – 07:20 Waking up and getting ready for work
    07:20 – 08.00 Going to work
08:00 – 17:00 On duty, performing my duties and a little more
    12:00 – 13:00 enjoying a hot tea/coffee with a book
    17:00 – 18.00 Going to training
    18:00 – 20:00 Stretching/Yoga
    20:00 – 21:00 Going home
    20:00 – 21:00 Going home
21:00 – 22:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
22:00 – 23.00 Cross stitch, painting, mosaic, craft
    23:00 Ready for sleep

I am often convinced that there is no such thing as a perfect day, but there is the prospect of seeing it as perfect and living the moment as if it were the last. There is a possibility to do many things in one day that will make you happy. Or if not necessarily making you happy, then others. And if you make others happy and make their day better, you fill yourself with positive energy – I believe in boomerangs, so don’t forget to do good things every day. In fact do not forget to smile and to always look at things in an optimistic way. Let’s see my beloved routine:

  • Wednesday:
06:30 – 07:20 Waking up and getting ready for work
    07:20 – 08.00 Going to work
08:00 – 17:00 On duty, performing my duties and a little more
    *12:00 – 13:00 enjoying a hot tea/coffee with a book
    17:00 – 18.00 Going home
    18:00 – 20:00 A walk, often replaced by 8-12 km run
20:00 – 21:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
21:00 – 23:00 Cross stitch, painting, mosaic, craft
    23:00 Ready for sleep

A new day equals a new chance to get up if you somehow fall. A new chance to show others that you care about them. A new chance to prove to yourself that today you are better than yesterday. When evenings approach, I think about what happened that day. I analyse my movements and what I could do better than I did. I try to notice where I went wrong and where I have to work in this regard. Then I think about the people I met, with whom I spent time, and I notice new information that I discovered about them. Not long before I go to bed, I thank the universe for that day and for what it helps me to become. I have an established routine that I follow and enjoy. So let’s continue:

  • Thursday:
06:30 – 07:20 Waking up and getting ready for work
    07:20 – 08.00 Going to work
08:00 – 17:00 On duty, performing my duties and a little more
    *12:00 – 13:00 enjoying a hot tea/coffee with a book
    17:00 – 18.00 Going to training
    18:00 – 20:00 Stretching/Yoga
    20:00 – 21:00 Going home
21:00 – 22:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
22:00 – 23.00 Cross stitch, painting, mosaic, craft
    23:00 Ready for sleep

I said and will repeat: life is a miracle. No matter how long it took you to understand this, the moment you realised it, it caught wings in your soul. You grow according to your thoughts, so don’t be surprised if your days seem difficult and meaningless if your soul is full of negativity. Your mornings should include a ritual, at least until you get used to your new way of thinking.

Gratitude, joy, love of life, should flood your soul, so when you are touched by the first ray of sunshine, you can jump out of bed and give thanks for the privilege you have received.

  • Friday:
06:30 – 07:20 Waking up and getting ready for work
    07:20 – 08.00 Going to work
08:00 – 17:00 On duty, performing my duties and a little more
    *12:00 – 13:00 enjoying a hot tea/coffee with a book
    17:00 – 18.00 Going home
18:00 – 22:00 Friends in need know each other, or a hookah smoke 😀
22:00 – 23:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
    23:00 Ready for sleep

A perfect day in my view is a day when you don’t let anyone or anything touch and pollute your soul. A perfect day is that day when you woke up smiling and your soul overflowing with positive energy. A perfect day is the day you remembered to call your mother or brother, look at your father and tell how much you love them. A perfect day is that moment when you looked in the mirror and really saw yourself, that moment when you realised that no matter how you look physically, the soul is the one that shines.

    23:00 Ready for sleep
  • Sunday:
10:00 – 11:00 Waking up and preparing for the set schedule
11:00 – 13.00 Visit the dearest man of my life, Dad!
13:00 – 13:30 Moving to a cozy place to read or freelance
13:30 – 16:00 One of the most enjoyable activities is enjoying tea/coffee with a book in my palms
    16:00 – 17:00 Going home
    17:00 – 22:00 Nothing planned, spontaneous events
22:00 – 23:00 Evening routine, preparations for the next day
    23:00 Ready for sleep

So that’s what a week in my life often looks like. This is the routine I am used to and I enjoy. When the restraint at the office turns my day upside down, I get sad, but at the same time, spontaneity makes life more beautiful, doesn’t it?!

Do you understand what I’m saying?! Stop what you do for a minute and reflect on your life. Who are you with? Who do you want to be with? What about your dreams. To the changes that have taken place in your life. The way you lead your life. Have you ever wondered what you really want? What are your expectations? How do you see the future?

The perfect day doesn’t exist, just as there is no perfect life, no sun without a shadow. The perfect day we pray for is every day we live. The perfect day is the day when small things do not annoy you, failures do not break you down, emotions do not destroy you. The perfect day is the day when we decide to take the reins of life and act for our own good, asking the universe to help us make the best decisions we make every day. So look up from the pile of useless things in which you have buried your mind and soul and start thinking the way successful people do. You can do anything as long as you are believe in this 🙂
